The Sovereign State of Good Hope

The Cape is now The Sovereign State of Good Hope

On July 16, 2018 at 11 a.m., the Sovereign State of Good Hope (SSGH) was officially established as the flag of South Africa was taken down. The SSGH raised its own flag.

An eviction notice was served to the Parliament in Cape Town to vacate the SSGH "property." The notice was to be effective this month (July).

Resulting from a legitimate and lawful process of secession, the SSGH was born as a new sovereign country under the guidance of the "traditional hereditary tribal leader" of the Khoisan Nation. The "Gaob" (with the same basic meaning in English as "King") is named Khoebaha Calvin Cornelius III.

Geographically, the SSGH encompasses most of what is now considered the "Cape province of South Africa," spreading northward to the border of Cape. The area's eastern boundary is the Fish River.

King Cornelius was actually sworn in back in 2001, but the actual final phase of the secession process was completed on July 16, 2018. Subsequent to these events, Cornelius delivered a message to his people.

Seeking self-determination -- secession -- its supporters claim, has come about largely due to colossal incompetence and corruption by the African National Congress (ANC) government. This is no real surprise given the ANC's communist nature.

Massive unemployment, "corruption of resources" and a greatly devalued currency are responsible for the secessionist actions. South Africa also has the highest violent crime rate in the world, with many people living in total poverty and absolute fear.

Racial demagoguery has also played a key role.

The ANC has propagated the belief that white people stole land from the black people of South Africa, and that they therefore have the right to take that land back by any means necessary. However, it was not these people's land to begin with. There were virtually no “black”/Nguni/Bantu people in South Africa at the time when the Dutch East India Company arrived; rather this genetic group/tribe were located further to the northeastern parts of South Africa.

It has been documented in historical record that the Original people of the land that has become the Sovereign State of Good Hope, were what is now known as the Khoisan Nation -- often referred to as "Bushmen" or "Hottentots."

Irrespective of how serious any of this really is, it will be interesting to see how it all plays out socially, legally and politically.

Hopefully, there will be no violence associated with these events.
