In this week's podcast, elections expert and attorney Brad Phillips discusses the past, present and future of ballot box shenanigans -- and the outlook for our November elections.

Brad Phillips, a partner at Los Angeles law firm Munger Tolles, is currently on sabbatical, working pro bono for The Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.

The Lawyers' Committee is working to ensure voting rights for all -- challenging in the era of coronavirus.  Will we vote by mail?  Or could that open us up to voter fraud?

There are a lot of wrinkles to all this, as Brad Phillips explains in THE LATEST PODCAST:
