Brad Phillips, a partner at LA law firm Munger Tolles, is working with The Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. The Lawyers' Committee is ready to intervene on behalf of those seeking to keep elections open and honest.

Los Angeles attorney Brad Phillips is on sabbatical, working with The Lawyers' Committee to keep elections open, clean and honest -- state by state, city by city.

Will we see lost or stolen ballots? Voter intimidation?

A president who might not step aside in the event he loses?

In THE LATEST PODCAST, Phillips tells us what we might be looking at in coming weeks -- or even months:

If you know of anyone having problems voting, call the Election Protection hotline at 866-OUR-VOTE.

Phillips appeared on THE LATEST PODCAST last April, when he predicted much of what we'd be facing today:

Brad Phillips is a smart and thoughtful guy. We are lucky to have Brad and others taking this on for us, the American people.

The least the rest of can all do is VOTE.  I'll see you in the line; I happen to like voting in person.
