Deaven Rector is a 20-year-old African American college student. He has given a lot of thought to specific actions that he believes need to be taken to get things right when it comes to race relations in America.

This week's guest on THE LATEST PODCAST is Deaven Rector, an African-American student at Morehouse College, a Historically Black College. 

Deaven studies political science, African-American politics and prison reform.  In his spare time, he teaches prisoners.

THE LATEST PODCAST asked Deaven to come up with real recommendations that could lead to real progress when it comes to race relations in America. 

In this podcast, Deaven discusses his ideas for improving education, the importance of building up black-owned businesses, and ending the War on Drugs. 

He also offers some advice to Joe Biden, white America -- and black America, too.
