Random Heart Tracks in the Snow

As I opened my blinds like I do every morning I noticed what appeared to be a heart. As I tried to focus my tired eyes I saw not one heart but two entangled hearts; even better they were facing my window. A smile crossed my face.

I believe that we look too often at the mess or the political side of things. This morning I was reminded of earlier years when as a child I was imbued with imagination and a true sense of magic. As real as the dawn meets the light, I was shown another version of truth. One  that I had forgotten about

There are sides to what's going on, no doubt about that. We all live with it first hand every day. I found myself questioning ... which side was I on? The tracks in the snow gave me a gift -- the sign or message that I have been searching for. The good news: love was on my side. Not in a romantic way, but in the sense of belonging to myself.

In this state of being I found peace and knew that I was headed in the right direction. My path was clear aside from perhaps a few life obstacles that like to tag along. I am sure you understand and can smile along with the idea of life's little mischevious ways. Nope, these two hearts inspired hope in me today, and I was going to spread it like a wildflower dancing itself through a field of green. I am proud to be on the side of love.

If my story leads you to think twice about your life or global outlook then let it take you on a walk through better times. May a heart visit you and encourage you to look closer at your own truth, the beautiful raw and uncensored glorious truth. We can deny, ignore, or even find fault with the obvious magic in our everyday lives, or we can pay more attention to our imaginations, the thing that pokes at us ever so gently and nudges us to awaken the child within.

They say images provoke something in us. I believe it to be true. As difficult as it may seem, choose to seek beauty in a world filled with madness. Enjoy the view my friends and release the love that still resides in you!
