"Never Again, Never Again..." and Now It Happened

They have been warned to seriously cool down their hateful rhetoric, but they would not relent.

Right after the Second World War and the Holocaust, an event or situation in which many people were killed and many things were destroyed, “Never Again, Never Again” was the battle cry of the Jews who suffered but survived.

And now it has happened here in America, an incident reminiscent of what happened in Germany. We cannot help but ask why.

It seems like the hate speech directed at the immigrants heading toward the southern border from Mexico is going to explode, and someone's willing to take it to the next level.

But of course, the Jewish people get the ax when it falls as what history has shown us in Germany, the Middle East, and now in the United States.

Our politicians have been warned to seriously cool down their hateful speeches, but they would not relent.

Until someone believed their propaganda and their speeches, and went into a Jewish place of prayer, a synagogue, killing eleven people and wounding some more who were engaged in their Saturday morning prayers.

It took four police officers to stop the person causing this tragedy in a synagogue.

The hate speeches that politicians have spread recently sound like Hitler's propaganda and the speeches he delivered in the early '40s.

They're filled with lies about a political party, about specific groups of people, and about politicians. Those giving the speeches have been told to stop, but they would not, and still do not.

People of different nationalities and religions have jumped in to help the Jewish community with donations and by volunteering to help where needed.

Today, many questions have pop up. Why did the president run to the area where he was asked not to? He could have waited for several days or weeks and let people heal before barging in.

It appears the president's in the location of the tragedy for some photo ops that he could use in the upcoming mid-term election, and to support his party's candidates.

I hope I am wrong, but that is what it looked like to me.

I also believe he should keep his remarks civil before one of his core members does something else to our country.
