FBI Lies About Seth Rich

While it's illegal for you to lie to the FBI, the reverse is not true.
Much of the Adam Schiff-led nonsense of Russian collusion in the 2016 federal election centered around the hacking into the email database of the Democratic National Committee (DNC). We can all look forward to a 2.0 version of this silliness for the upcoming 2020 election.
But we now know that the 2016 hacking was done by someone actually inside the DNC -- Seth Rich, according to a plethora of evidence.
Rich was a huge supporter of Bernie Sanders, and when he saw how Sanders was being unfairly treated in the 2016 Democratic primaries, he expressed his rage in the form of email leaks.
Pursuant to the recent release of certain emails which show that the FBI is "hiding documents about murdered [DNC] employee Seth Rich," American attorney, Ty Clevenger, has "requested a criminal investigation into the cover-up."
In his complaint, Clevenger references "false statements" given by FBI Section Chief David Hardy in two affidavits. In these affidavits, the FBI claims that it has "no records regarding Seth Rich."
In a Freedom of Information request, two pages of FBI emails show the name of "Seth Rich" in the Subject heading.
No records regarding Seth Rich?
This amounts to a judicial system reminiscent of some banana republic or a Bolshevik regime.
