They were supposed to help people stop smoking real cigarettes, but today doctors are finding out that they are just as bad as real cigarettes.

Several of us old timers were having coffee and chewing the fat when one said that he had to go for a breathing treatment at the hospital or doctors office.

He went on to say that his doctor told him to come in once a week for the treatment, and now he is sick and tired of going to the doctor's office or the hospital every week.

There are many people who are sick and have to take breathing treatments to help to clean out their lungs.

There are several ways they can take these treatments: one is by an inhaler and another is by a machine that gives out a mist that you inhale.

When you smoke a cigarette you inhale the smoke and whatever the cigarettes are made of, which damages your lungs and makes breathing harder — this is one of the dangers of smoking.

Once you get rid of the garbage that is in your lungs, you must constantly find a way to keep the garbage out.

Today there are electronic cigarettes; you inhale a vapor that tastes and feels like you are smoking a real cigarette. It was intended to help people stop smoking, but now the doctors are finding that what they are breathing in is just as bad as a cigarette.

Children have gotten hold of these electronic cigarettes and are smoking them, thinking that they can’t get hurt by the electronic cigarette — several have died from smoking them.

Whoever makes the electronic cigarettes are making the contents with different tastes, hoping to sell more of the cigarettes. The question I am asking is, why can’t they use them for breathing treatments?

Just think: every time you need a treatment you just pull out an “Electronic Medical Mist” and inhale it like you are smoking a cigarette. It would save a all those trips to the hospital or doctor's office!!
