PROFILE

I am a sports media major looking to gain experience in many different aspects of the industry. 

Most of my experience comes from my time as the editorial intern for the New Jersey Jewish news. My responsibilities included doing mail runs, reorganizing the office archives, creating marketing material, finding topics for the weekly general interest section of the paper, calling sources to confirm their availability, making final edits on stories before they were set for print, and eventually writing my own article about a bicycling trip to the Negev Desert in Israel, for which I interviewed one of the program leaders, a participant, and the president of the Jewish Federation of Greater Metrowest New Jersey, before having my article published in September 2018.
