PROFILE

Helen Hudson writes a popular blog, "Agefully Aging," which has readers in more than 100 countries.  Her reflective vignettes are written with humor and inspiration and encourage others to, "not go gentle into that good night."  Helen has lived many lifetimes: teacher, songwriter/performer, therapist and mother of two daughters.  She was retired and watching the birds feed outside her window but has returned to counseling.  Helen has a BA in Communications from Stanford and a MEd from Vanderbilt in Human Development Counseling.  She is also in the Guinness Book for being the first person to sing the national anthem at every major league baseball stadium.
